Eligibility: Returns can be made within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items: Due to health and safety regulations, certain items cannot be returned. These include:

Opened or used products.
Products not in their original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error.
Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Processing time: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return, the time it takes us to process your return, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

Damaged or defective items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact us.

Return Shipping: To return your product, please contact our customer service for shipping instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item was received damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
